Just in case we get stuck out there late. I have a cabin about an hour away which is better than driving home tired. It's rustic but warm.

Just spoke with my neighbor and we have about 6-7 inches of snow at my cabin which is about 1 hour west of the pipeline. This might give us an idea of what to expect.

    I can’t make it.
I tried to get out of a party but my wife said I’m required to attend! Tons of alcohol and prime rib so I’ll suffer through it! Hopefully my calendar is open by end of March.

    Stay warm everyone!

We'll miss you! The Spring trip is right around the corner, though!

Prime rib? That's one of my favorites!

April. Probably the 2nd weekend. Wyalusing, and a T.W.A.T run, Lansing to Potosi.

You were going to meet up last year, but the weather SUCKED!

Interested? Should be fun. It was last year. :)

Looks cool! That could definitely be another good base camp for a T.W.A.T trip.

Details about the April trip should be up soon. Wyalusing ended up being a great spot. And, there was a shelter with a firepit to escape the cold rain.

It seems it will be cold AF on Saturday…as expected I suppose, being in the middle of winter.

Friendly public service announcement: bring cold weather gear! Lots of layers and good gloves. I am also planning on function checking my winch on Friday to makes sure it’s not caked in salty ice paste. If we need to recover anyone, it might require taking turns outside if the cold is brutal. Frostbite and all that.

    Im getting excited!

I really wanted to get my new bumper and winch installed before this trip, but still waiting on one little part. Damm supply chain issues strike again.....

Who's bringing a chainsaw? I'm not against using the silky saw to cut up a whole tree again, just rather not lol.
