    Whole lotta stuff
I had one issue with my front arb leaking, but that got fixed. I have a vlair 1 gal tank and my compressor doesn’t cycle very often, maybe 10-15 mins for 20 seconds. 3 years going strong with my arbs. Also replaced that stupid blue plastic line with steel braided air lines.

That's on my list of things I want to do. I'm not as worried about the front diff as much as the rear since it moves.

Mine don’t leak at all. I can leave them engaged all day and my compressor never cycles. I did however have a buddy with e lockers in his jeep, unsure of what brand and he had them things out a few times a year it seemed.

If you don't have an ARB or the ECGS needle bearing replacement that's probably what it is.

It’s gotta be the passenger side. I already have the bronze bushing on the driver side.

The shop said bring it back tomorrow and they’ll take care of it. I’m losing a lot of faith in them over this second call to them. lol.

I’m heading to superstition on Friday if this gets fixed. I’ll buy the bushings off you if you’re still at the shop on my way out.

Did they just do the bushing recently??? Have you changed the fluid since doing the bushing? If yes to the first question and no to the second they probably knocked some of the needles into the housing. The PS has a big roller ball bearing in it.

If it died before they recently replaced, could've been a remnant.

I did the bushing some odd 100k miles ago. Recent regear a little over a week ago. I was changing fluid after the regear. Not a lot of metal which is good. But needle bearings floating around in the carrier isn’t good either. Im curious to see how the R&P look.

I know when I did my ECGS bushing a bunch of needles were in the seal, I ran a magnet around to grab them all. Maybe they missed one and it worked its way to the bottom of the housing? :fingerscrossed:
