    Wow, that's sweet.

Weather forecast here is little to no snow accumulation tomorrow.

Like Star Wars, the saga continues. I have a date with a cardiac roto rooter next week. Doc is hoping for Monday, Tuesday at the latest. Although the stress test was not bad, he said he saw a small irregularity that can be indicative of a narrowing or blockage. Especially since the original symptoms have decreased but are not going away. With orders to lay low for the duration, I'm going to stay close to home with Gwen on Saturday. On the brighter side, I don't have to shovel snow tomorrow. :D

    Big advice time Rob.

Buy some salt to throw on the snow that accumulates around your ride for the ice. I just got over a bad bout with the rona and didnt shovel a damn thing from the last storm, and I now have 3 inches of hard pack and ice, and must walk up the driveway while parking at the bottom. The way the weather is looking itll be 2 more months of it.

If it wasnt so hard to get I'd be on board.

Honestly was looking into a propane powered flame thrower, they run like 600 bucks iirc

That works if you're not getting a lot of snow. Once the salt gets used up the surface will refreeze and give you a layer of ice that glues itself to the surface. And snow will stick to that making it harder to remove. Best bet for pre salting or brining is for an inch or less, unless your going to keep reapplying it. If you can make a brine, you'll get better coverage and can generally melt about an inch of snow. Just make sure the place the water drains to can take it without freezing over or you'll have another issue to deal with.

Nick, I haven't seen your driveway, but if the temps get into the mid or upper 20's throw salt down. It will take a few application's, but you'll start melting the base and get some air under it. That will help release it from the surface and make it easier to remove. I have a broadcast fertilizer spreader you can use to apply it if you'd like.

Still calling for less than an inch in up here. Are they still calling for 1-4" down there?

I’ve got a torch you screw into a propane tank. It’s like this one
    https://www.amleo.com/weed-dragon-400-000-btu-torch-cart-combo/p/CT230?mkwid=|dm&pcrid=510045705290&pkw=&pmt=&plc=&kc=&prd=CT230&slid=&pgrid=118765786044&ptaid=pla-367851065454&gclid=Cj0KCQiAxc6PBhCEARIsAH8Hff2rIOhfnIX8BpyYZoGT2N20aGmR8B1IRI33MioQTtgbTl3NFrb9cM8aAk6yEALw_wcB

You can have it. We are also supposed to get 50’s and rain in a week so might not need it

Well now we're in our 3rd close contact quarantine in less than a month...2 via daycare, oh yay! Was hoping to get up there with the daughter, as Katelyn was supposed to go off for the day with her mom and aunt...now we get to hangout for 4 more days, joy!
Don't forget the bread, and steaks, too!!

With all the above, you're setup for Charlie Kelly's famous milksteak, you also got french toast covered...and of course the TP for all the fun afterwards!
