I swear since I started having to sit in front of the computer more at work, it's taken it's toll on my hips/back and eyes. I feel like it's making me look and feel fucking old. The guys that used to work here that only did retouching all day had all these walk around/stretch routines they'd follow every 30 min or so and I'm starting to understand why.

I finally got a lumbar support cushion for my chair which has helped, and the blue light glasses are a godsend. Before those I'd want to dig my eyes out with a spoon by the end of the day

It’s funny after I quit caffeine, after that first week, my energy has been way more consistent. Instead of highs and lows. A local coffee house makes a good decaf so I can still get fresh beans, Stumptown does one as well. Just gotta get over that first week and it’s smooth sailing. Way more clearheaded too.
(Sitting in front of monitors too)

When I lived in Bountiful it was crazy easy to sell anything (back when they still had gun sales and there were hardly any scams)

I still have screen shots from several Tacomas I bought

I'm the same way. I sit in front of my computer most of the day at work. I try to get out on the hill for a few laps every day. That's not always possible. Days that I do I feel mentally and physically better at the end of the day.

One thing I found helps my back is a yoga ball. I rotate it with my normal chair every day. You should try it.

Pretty close. It's a little shorter than my chair but it reminds me to sit up straight.
