TRD Pro 3rd gen

Well the TacomaChat was a waste of time just a bunch of questions that were already answered when they did the unveil.
Does anyone have any word if they are going to keep the TRD Pro line up for 2016?
It would seem like it anytime I see one at the dealer it is marked up like 5K because they claim that is what it is worth.

Also any idea if the TRD supercharger will still be available?

 

I wouldn't be surprised if a TRD Pro is released next year or in a few years. Typically, those types of packages are to boost interest at the middle or end of a product cycle.

It's a shame, because I would be more interested in a TRD Pro than any other package. There's always the aftermarket.

Since we all are here, why the fuck is toyota building a tundra "raptor" killer and not a Tacoma with 38s standard and a v6 turbo.

Updated: I get my Electric lime Taco on or around valentine's. I plan to keep the old sport and put a true rear locker in it, 38s and what I really really want to do is install a turbo on that old 4.0. I hear there are some good ones out on the market. It will become my build project. My second grader can already drive it, and he wants it for college.

 

My guess is that the Tundra is going to be test mule for a tacoma version.
