I'm still on the stock tires for OR's, which I believe are about 35lb. Based on TartanEagle's experience, the best I could reasonable expect is about a 2mpg hit. I guess I have to decide if I'm ok with that. I'm coming from 8 years in a Mazda3 where I could drive with as much enthusiasm as I like and get 29mpg, so this is taking some getting used to. For perspective I guess I should remember driving my 95 Yukon that got 14mpg with a tail wind.

If anything it's a percentage equal to the difference in speed. Say 65mph(speedo)/69mph(real)=0.942, so 3.4mpg loss would drop to 3.2mpg

rotated tires changed oil threw out the old air freshener.
There is an entire thread on traction boards "somewhere else". It's worth looking for and reading the posts. Pretty much every make is discussed and compared.

Now i have seen a video on a fog light replacement bulbs that have different color options.. will be looking into changing that. speaking of fog lights... anyone know which fuse in the box it is for them? i wanted to plug the inline fuse for the raptor lights to there so they are only on when i have them on but not sure which one it is.

The fuse is not what controls the lights, that's a "relay" or "solenoid" or some other nerd shit.

Although, you're in luck. @daveeasa makes a harness that you can use to have those run only when your headlights are active. :spending:

Looks great! Thinking of doing the same. What made you choose this vs. a roll-up option? Also, dumb question, but you lose the rail system when you install the MX4, right?

ok i thought maybe so. i think from just trying to decode the cover schematic its one of the big square blue blocks and i dont know how to tap into that one safely so i didnt mess with it. if any one knows how to make this nerd shit happen that would be awesome.

the other option and for the long run its prolly best... a whole new fuse box that i will use for all my future things. then run it to some kind of sweet switch hub in the cab.
if anyone has great idea's or known good products for that let me know.

Pretty sure the raptor lights mine had when I bought it were tied into Fuse 3 using an add-a-fuse. Ripped them out with a chisel though.
