    Dang yall, i havent been on in a few days. but ive come back to a good surprise haha. everyone's trucks are lookin frickin awesomee. So i definitely cant wait to black it out. i especially like the tacomas that have the white grill outline and black grille center with the black headlights:thumbsup:... sharpp

    when i bought this light bar it was made by pro comp. now smittybilt makes the exact same one. ive seen the one you are talking about from n-fab.

    got it from 4 wheelparts. it was a pro comp light bar. 150 bucks. lights were 30 each.

    i went to the local graphics guy and he had some spare matte black vehicle wrap that we slapped on there.

    someone on this forum sells the stuff to do it with though. i dont really know who it is.

    Yeah, I had even talked with 4WP about it, and they also said extended backorder times. Whatever, I went with the other bar which won't require cutting into my bumper. I can still change it out in the future, but I'm more likely to get a complete new bumper first. So I guess it all works out in the end anyway. Now if the UPS guy will just get here on Friday early enough in the day.....

    personally i prefer the de badged look overthe blacked out badges. but which ever you choose it will look good!!!

    ^^^ Fishing line or dental floss with the help of a heat gun or hair dryer works best. Use a sawing motion with the fishing line or floss between the emblem and your truck. There will be a sticky glue like substance left over that you can pick off with your fingers. After that you can follow up with some goo gone or similar product to clean every thing up. When your all done with that you can finish off with a coat of wax for a smooth surface and some paint protection. And finally...enjoy!!!

    i did my grill in the bed coating rough texture stuff and the lower valence didnt look right with the plasti dip so i painted it with the bed coating
