    Sorry, couldn't help myself. :)

We had a great time! And, I learned that when you go snow wheeling, you should air down before you get into the snow.

@Camerasandcoffee should start charging us for his photography skills!

Had a few old fashioneds as well!

A BS session is definitely in order!

I was a little nervous after the park and ride. Ended up being so fun!

It was! It reminded me of my Tacoma.

As usual, another fun day, both driving and just hanging out. It’s awesome to know such a great group of guys!

One thing I learned is that they really like to plow gravel roads very wide up there. Much wider that the road surface actually extends lol. The road edges seemed to suck in vehicles pretty regularly judging from the trenches cars plowed as they got caught on the edge. Some areas still had a foot or more of packed snow under the plowed surface…made those shoulders very interesting lol.

Good times. I didnt take many pics, but here’s a couple

Actually I was toying with the idea of an informal photography clinic during one of the meet ups.
Even if its with a phone. What to shoot, good angles, details, etc.

What's the old saying? "Give a man a fire and he stays warm for a night, set a man on fire and he stays warm the rest of his life" or something.

Pretty much. we all made it about as far as the snow would let us into the park in ride. Should have aired down back in the street.
Once aired down we were moving the trucks out of the way. I almost needed to be recovered when we started leaving and mine was pushing fresh snow!

Y’all have no one to blame but yourselves. If you were there, you wouldn’t need pictures!

Ran into (not literally) another local group out wheeling yesterday. They had a diverse collection of vehicles out and were running a different section of the trail than we were. Pains me to say that the only vehicle that successfully navigated their toughest obstacle was a Nissan! But looks like they had fun, too.

A few I managed to capture. Not that I favor my own vehicle, of course. ;)

The plan was to air down right away at the park and ride. But, I got stuck pulling into the park and ride.

Next time I'm airing down before I pull in. :D

I missed out on some good recovery photos because I was helping out. Here is @jstemp after being a bit over zealous getting out of the way for the snowmobilers

I was just trying to flex for @McSpazatron lol

It was crazy if you got just a little of the road how you got sucked into the soft stuff. Once in, there was really no way to get back up onto the ledge of the hard pack.
