    Yeah, so stupid. I measured the eye to eye and it was 31.5" I think. I started jigging it up on my table and was like wtf, this is not enough room to get this thing centered. Im just using some nice 3" angle and gonna gusset it.

    Trail gear strikes again! I fit the crawl box to the t case and the studs they gave me would not let it go all the way down. Took them out and no problem. I siliconed it thinking I could make it work by slowly tightening all the bolts but that wasn't happening. Took it off and tried to drill hole out with hand drill and broke bit off in the case. Got that out, had to cut and reshape the bit and put in drill press to get box on before silicone dried. You get what you pay for.

    No comment....... Trail broken gear for a reason.... quantities verse qualities

    Most of their line of products suck

    There is something really pure about an sas toyota and the individuality it takes to build one. I don't really get the high performance IFS thing. But, I guess you have to cater to the toyota buyers who have no interest in being original.

    That's reassuring.
    The gear oil was a little glittery, but much less than last time so I just dumped some 80w90 in there and gonna run it till it goes or blows.

    about 10k miles on that oil.

    Who knows what the future holds for me on this bastard build

    Would be interesting to pull it apart and see what's wearing or see if I can tell where it's coming from, but that's a lot of work to pull 'em back off....
