Looks great! I always have good luck with Kenji's stuff, either from the Food Lab or from the serious eats website. What cut did you wind up going with?

Had some leftover salmon. So I made salmon cakes. Might be better than the original salmon.

Salmon patties are at least the 2nd best way to eat leftovers... Just cold fish being the possible first. I made some with some leftover flounder a few years back that were pretty killer

Last night my wife was trying to use up some potatoes and made up a curry with coconut milk, green curry paste, fish sauce, brown sugar and peas. Might be some other stuffin there, too. Served over rice, of course.

Lunch today is a sweet kale salad with cranberries, assorted nuts and poppyseed dressing. Costco had a 2 pack on sale for $3 so I figured why not.

I made Shrimp Di Avola. I've never used shrimp peel to make stock but it turned out quite well. The recipe called for a little fresh basil and parsley. I hate throwing it away so I used a lot of basil and parsley. The San Marzano tomatoes were also new to me. The recipe says to mash them with a potato masher. Seemed strange but worked well. Also, it's supposed to be served with pasta but I thought rice would soak up the sauce a bit better.

About the Bachans sauce….did you use that straight to sauce the ribs or doctor it up?? Just grabbed a big ole bottle at Costco! Hadn’t thought about it for ribs.
