I’m looking to get new seat covers. I want some that are a perfect fit and am struggling to find them. If you guys can let me know what kind you have and where you got them that would be great!!

I didn't end up getting them (maybe I still will some day, but for now an old blanket is getting the job done on my bench seat), but I was eying ShearComfort covers based on this recommendation. I like the old-school saddle blanket look. They have a ton of other styles if that's not your thing.

I ran Wet Okole's in a couple different 1st gens and i loved them. They fit great, looked almost stock and were very comfortable.

just a little less than the big competitors, main thing was local and available.

I know, kinda sad, especially since it isnt unique anymore, but itll be more "driveable" as far as less noise from suspension and body panels.

I was trying to trade with Alex when he bought my kit but he wanted to keep his kings. They are cheap and ride good for the Tundra, so I figured Id give them a shot

Did the fiberglass make a bunch of wind noise?

not really any wind noise, but they rattle when they flex going over bumps and potholes, suspension creaks some days and not others even after fresh lube. Just small annoyances that add up over the years of daily driving it. The truck used to be my only off road vehicle, and that hasn't been the case for a few years now.

Now you just need to make the bed have dump flipup ability so it's easy to gain access to the undercarriage from above.

A cherry picker works well enough for that

It's all accessible from the bottom just fine when dropping the spare though

not sure I understand the question
I just cut the two green wires on each side and switched them. Then added an LED resistor on each corner light. I’m horrible at get pics during installs so I didn’t get any but the other post I linked shows what I did pretty well, minus the resistors

I love how you did this. I was trying to figure out a way to make my spare fit with my kings this summer.

Did you replace the bulb in the glove box? That one got me. Didn’t even know I had one there. It only comes on when the parking/headlights are turned on.

PITA to remove it also. If I recall, the original exploded when I tried to gently remove it with an insulated pair of small needlenose
