    Having had this convo with @dwalden2 some time ago, he ain't bullshittin'

    Always a great question..look at someone like Elway, 4 tries and nothing but then back to back rings to finish up. I wasn't really watching the older ones but jeez, Rod Smith..Eazy Ed McCaffrey..Shannon Sharpe..Terrell Davis..and not to even mention the D and Jason Elam, yikes. Add in that they had few if any major injuries in those last 2 seasons..

    There's so much talent in the AFC right now it's frightening. It reminds me of the NFC back in the 80s and 90s.

    I hope Stafford and company make it a good game, but for my sanity and blood pressure I hope it's a blowout.

    Look what Brady and the Pats beating that Rams team trying to become a dynasty turned into? The shitty bengals, built through the draft, trying to beat the Rams in the super bowl they’ve been targeting since they relocated, and spent a lot of money and trade assets to get here. I kinda like this game. I don’t give a shit about ratings.

    Should be interesting, you'll get either a team who has been the whipping boy taking it or a QB who was doomed to mediocrity or less that finally got a team around him..either way it's a good story.

    Same re ratings, sports or otherwise.

    Regardless of the outcome I do feel like JB is going to have a fantastic career.
