If I take 30% on each win, cut losers at -10%, I only need 1/4 trades to be right to break even, 1/3 trades to be right to be profitable. It's worked well this year so far.

failed the wordle. Got the last four letters by round four and there was too many choices for the first letter. Dumb. There's a total of 11 words I've found so far it could have been while having the last four letters. That's not logic, that's just chance.

Still too many chances. I used round 3 to hopefully pick up something up front or in the middle. Even if I used round 5 to eliminate 5 possibilities, there were still 6 more (not allowing for letters already discovered to be false).

It was a bad word.

I think there were only 5 or 6 possibilities after your 4th try. You only tried to eliminate 1 in round 5. Don’t blame the game.

 

It’s easier if you guess the first letter to avoid that problem
