Very true statement. My buddy with his TG, the rail hit the adapter. It was a pita to remove, grind the adapter and redo.

Fuck! mine does too! I figured it would be ok as long as I didn't pound 2wd to 4wd. I made sure the bearing retainer was super compressed down on the bearing. Ill have it apart. That seal I actually used the gasket they gave me. (should I use that gasket or silicone like i did the rest?) Ill grind that down too. fuck.

Your talking about it hitting the trans adaptor right?

Yep. Originally, my buddy was like, nah it'll be fine. But after the first trip and he couldn't use the crawlbox, he was pissed while I laugh. He didn't want to hear "I told you so"

Damn man. Im glad you mentioned that cause it worried me but I was like him. It should be fine. Im almost tempted to just get an HD case and redo it all. I can swap all that shit in both cases in like an hr now.

No need to spend extra money. HD or not, if a case is going to crack, it'll crack

I hear folks breaking cases all the time. Knock on wood, I haven't experience that. If I'm low range, I'm definitely not bouncing. I want control and traction.

Some people break things. Others don't. It's how you drive. Same with race cars. Its not a good or bad thing. Some of the best drivers ive known broke shit all the time. But they got from a to b the fastest until something grenaded.

Yep, it's how you drive and treat your car. Show some love and it'll last. Disregard its existence and you'll get stranded.

Supercharged auto, you probably don’t want 4.7 gears. So northwest fab becomes a good option for ya.
