I’m getting “order status unavailable.”


Feel like the chance of this getting canceled before i can pick up tomorrow is pretty high, lol.

Edit: First order is showing on my CC pending transactions, the second is not... Hmmm...

 

I’ve been stuck in ‘Order Processing, we’ll let you know when it’s ready’ for 3 hours…

 

Damn it, I misplaced my phone this morning moving furniture around to paint the living room so I wasn’t on TW all day. When I put the room back together I started watching YouTube and saw the glitch videos. I spent an hour looking for my phone and found it wrapped up in some plastic I laid down and wadded up. Pretty bummed I missed that saw it’s on my hit list. Bonus 3/8” impact would have been sweet too.

Some good news. My second order showed up as canceled this afternoon but I just got the pickup email for a piece of it. No problem to retrieve and the desk said the rest arrives next Monday. Looks like HD might honor the seemingly canceled items after all.

The guy in front of me picked up 6 red boxes too.

 

I’ve been playing around with it and only have been getting the normal discounts.

 

No prob man, preciate the shout out! Literally sold all my Ridgid tools last week on FB marketplace cause i was tired of my 1/2 impact overheating and my drills chuck would vibrate loose and the bit would fall out while im driling. Talk about perfect timing.

 

As of right now they fixed their glitches, when you hit $499+ on their buy more save more you only get $150 off no longer 2x $150.

 

All that being said about the 'sale' yesterday, I have a few extras now.
I got yesterday to replace my Ryobi 1/2" impact wrench (2) M12 3/8 [going against my own concise to buy higher torque, I could not get the mid or high torque to ring up with the deals like others could yesterday.] I did not get the M18 rear handle, my M18 6 1/2 works and I don't want to mess around with trying to re-sell it. I did buy the M18 Hammer drill kit, this will be replacing the M12 Fuel hammer drill I currently have.

I only own two Ridgid tools, a shop vac and a corded drill. I always was attracted to their lifetime service contract and battery warranty but never bought anything. Good to know I made the right decision to start with.
