Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
So then the quality of the cut is not critical !!

Making it much easier if it gets pulled out of Alignment it will not be a major problem

    Great description.

We were able to shoot trap with 410's from the hip and be very proficient. The 410 goofing off was after we were done with shooting skeet with the 12's.

We got tired of chasing cases and switched to over and unders for that reason. We all reloaded and bending over to pic up plastic was a pain. It was more of a challenge only having 2 shots as well. My friend Mike could have a miss and still load another 2 shells and pick up the miss. I'm not near that proficient.

Move up to Sporting Clays if you really want a challenge! I sucked at those. My buddy John is an amazing intuitive shooter. With a full choke 12, he was still above 70%. I have no idea how he could do it.

Its too rough cut and i need a certain thickness, about 1/4" maybe little over. Needs to be consistent. Band saw blade cuts nice, just needs more height

    Oh. :anonymous:

Totally thought you were cutting firewood with a bandsaw.

Why not pick smaller diameter logs?

its harder to wood burn the smaller pieces...it works for some pieces but the ideal size is just out of the range of my bandsaw. Also i dont have the patience to wood burn stuff...thats my wifes side hobby.

I sometimes cut wood with our metal band saw, as long as the blade is coarse it works good.

Definitely voting for throw either of them but prefer trap. My high school had a trap team. I was on the first team and first to compete each year of high school. The team started out with 15 or so kids and currently is at 60+. I only made it to one of the state league championships but placed 20 something in my division out of 200 or so kids. What's funny is on the last round and with one more rotation to go it started down pouring. My Winchester SXP did just fine and didnt rust but my friends Remington 870s blueing just rusted like crazy and completely ruined the finish.

    Beautiful work!

Wood (or any crafty stuff) & I have never been friends, partially because I'm: 1) impatient 2) lazy 3) lack fine motor skills.

In my defense I never had a piece of steel warp because I left it leaning against the bench over the weekend. :goingcrazy:

Our school didn’t have a shooting team when I graduated (1993) and I’m not sure if they do now either.
