I know this topic has already been discussed over multiple forums but I found it difficult to find any concrete answers. So here it is.

Has anyone experienced issues with there Toyota Safety Sense after lifting there Tacoma. I'm looking at doing 2 inches in the front and 2 in the rear. I own a 2019 TRD sport and I intend on keeping the stock grille. I called and spoke to the Toyota dealership who sold me my Tacoma and they told me they will not recalibrate the sensor if it has an after-market lift installed. Any help is appreciated!

Had a 3 inch kit installed on my Tundra and the TSS acted normal since day 1.

I have the same truck w a 2". I installed a chinese pro grill with a toyota oem garnish to lower the sensor and had no issues. Otherwise you can try the spacer method or disconnect the battery for a bit too.

I just lifted my truck 2" and added the pro grille and i've been having TSS issues as well. The weird part is im only having issues with the PCS and it's not that it's beeping saying there's an issue. It says it's on but it's just not working and I even went to the dealership and when they scanned it, from the backend it shows its off even though on the dash it shows it's on and they said the only way to fix it is to recalibrate the sensor. I've tried the spacer method behind the top screw and it's still not working at this point, i'm not sure what to do and i refuse to pay a few hundred dollars for toyota to recalibrate it.
