I don't know what this says about me. Haven't been on facebook since before corona, and I watch way too many TikToks. Just young at heart I guess.

 

Used to work as a contractor at a prison doing IT tech support and American prisons can't make the inmates do anything. They can offer incentives and remove privileges, but no making.

 

I do use FB for some affinity groups related to some hobbies - find some good info there, and able to help out some other folks. Also get some decent community & vendor related info via the platform

That said I'm very particular about what I follow or look at or post, so haven't run into the toxicity that I'm sure is there aplenty.

That's a jail cell? It's nicer than some dorm rooms I've seen.

 

I read where a lot of old people are committing crimes so they can go to prison where they'll be better taken care of. If the jail cells in Japan are as nice as these I can understand why.
