Nice, but I am left to wonder why the adjustable? Where they out of the fixed voltage model? Or are you doing something different with your system that would require adjustability?

Yeah those are out of stock and no telling when they will be back in. Certainly a cheaper option though.

Did you check the source that I provided for EBay? Or did the voltage variance cause doubt or coming to question?

Totally missed that but thanks for mentioning. :spending: Time to cancel the expensive option.

I have a spare micro MK2 which I can't use b/c I need mini MK3 for my '02 Tundra. Hit me via DM if you'd like it for what I paid.

PM me, if you have a standard mini fuse. I have a new never used one I had ordered before I knew my box was “mini low profile”.

If @boogie3478 doesn't want it, I'll take yours, assuming it's an MK3? But he can have first dibbs as my add-a-fuse with $2 diode does seem to work, just no fuse protection.

That’s fine, no worries. I just tossed the other one off in my glove box and thought maybe it was a chance to help.

But I will caution you to make sure of what your fuse configuration is. It’s either going to be Mini, or low profile mini. The guy that you ordered the diode from is a super nice guy I’ve got to know him through our dealings. So I’m sure if you have to change your order he will be glad to do so.

The trick is making sure of the right configuration before it’s handed off to the mail truck.

No worries, I got you covered. The one I have available is the mini fuse configuration not the Mili fuse low profile.

I based it off of the pics he has on the listings (see below). My 7.5a fuse definitely looks like the low profile version with the short legs.

Yes, you are right. I unknowingly ordered the mini configuration initially. And then had to re-order the low profile which was proper for my pre-runner.

This is what I was referring to you making sure which one is standard on your truck. The gentleman that engineers and makes these offers both.

I got a reply last week but it was a question about when new items would be in stock. September is indeed a long time ago.

Cool to know theres another option out there. I wonder why anyone would ever need a full 1.0 volt boost though.. Even with my fixed 0.5V hkb I'm pushing 14.8V on a cold start in my truck. Definitely wouldn't want to go any higher than that.

Only thing I can think of is maybe for other vehicles that might not have that high of a rate of charge? My 01 outback is a low charging voltage, at best it puts out 14.2v usually it's around 13.6-13.7v, even at 2500rpm going down the road. At idle it's often in the low 13's. This is common on early 2000's Subaru's and is not an indication of a bad alternator either surprisingly.
