Everyone is different, that's the beauty of the fitness industry. Not everyone needs to go in and try to be arnold or a bikini model. Not everyone benefits from going to a local gym! Long as you're doing something other than working and laying around after it's a win


Yup i know the feeling myself. Been on ppi's like omeprazole all the way up to dexlansoprazole (ulcer meds). My diet hasnt changed much, but lost the stress and was able to stop with famotidine!

 

well the radiator support on the sentra is a little more bent than I thought and I broke one of the mounting tabs off of my replacement headlight trying to line it up

debating just bailing wiring the shit to the rad support so I have a grocery getter, I don't think I'd drive this car out of town

 

I think my relaxation routine this evening will involve a sawzall

 

I want my parts to arrive already
