Anyone know Stefan Ray from Charlotte, NC? Scammed me out of $800 for BFG KO2 tires - FINALLY REPAID

Yep, my gf got taken for a $$$$ for a pitty pup that never existed. She feels so damn ashamed. I am with you, cover all the angles… the people had one hell of a scheme going that’s for sure.

Here is where we are currently:

Quit his job at the MX place (supposedly) due to covid vaccine mandates or testing/wearing a mask (that I’m guessing are new at his workplace even though it’s been almost 2 years since the pandemic started?). Worked there for 3.5 years (supposedly) and didn’t receive his last paycheck via direct deposit (supposedly). Waiting on paper check that is gonna be mailed (supposedly) and had no answer as to why he couldn’t pick it up in person.

Moved to a new address (supposedly). Has filled out the USPS change of address form but still having issues (supposedly). Claims to not even have his new drivers license with updated address.

No answer when asking him why he doesn’t have $500 to his name that he can send or why he can’t borrow $500 from someone. He knows he’s had my money for nearly 3 months now. No answer as to why I should believe anything he says because all he has done is give me excuse after excuse and push the refund date back.

And just to avoid future posts regarding me doing something more than posting on here, there is stuff in the works on my end. That’s all that need be said on that end.

Just like from the beginning, no one knows the truth other than him because myself and the mods have been fed lines of BS from the day after I sent the money. The last one when the partial refund showed up shortly before Christmas was something along the lines of him getting me confused with another guy…..but no answer as to why he blocked my cell number, his IG and never replied to any zelle requests.

 

I’m truly amazed you even got half, that’s an accomplishment in and of itself.
