Awesome! The bed mat is worth it’s weight in gold! The reflection on the lens in the first photo makes it look like you have miniature satellite orbiting your cabin.

Yes, they can. Not sure if its 100% legal, but it's my truck and I hated those stickers.
I did a little Googling and found people using a couple methods. I tried what I felt was the least harmful, the hairdryer. Heat them up and peal them off. Worked great. Did the passenger side first in case I screwed up, I wouldn't have it right in front of my eyes for the next 10-15 years. I had both sun visors done in about 25 minutes and that included removal and installation. Heat up a corner of a sticker, pick at with a knife to see if it started to let go. When it did, I used pliers (to keep my fingers from burning up) to slowly pull it up as I kept heating it with the hairdryer. Worked great.

 

My kids love the sliders! They are definitely a multifunction mod. Rock/tree protection, kid/wife step and a little door-ding protection when crawling at the mall.

Got quite a bit done today. First off, remounted my bed step. Turns out the bracket was fine and I'm an idiot. The day I mounted it was in the negatives and I backed up as far as I could to the garage in hopes the space heater would help a little... nope. So I mounted it, tested it, cleaned up and went inside to warm up. The next day was when I noticed it being crooked. I decided it had to be the bracket because it was a PITA to assemble. Nope. Today I pulled it down in 40 degree weather, made one simple adjustment, and put it back up. My bad AMP!, it works fine





The next thing was mudflaps. After the setback(s) I had from RokBlokz, I decided to go with the original ones I should have got in the first place. GatorBack rubber flaps. Got them on SharpTruck.com and will get a free shirt out of it once I post a review with better pics. The only issue I ran into was with the fender flares, where some of the holes were not drilled. This was expected. The extended EAG flares did not use all the mounting holes. So a couple holes drilled and Voilà!













So, as expected, a slight rub. However, it would have been worse if I used their brackets. The brackets they include go to the stock mounting point, but made the flap stick out a half inch! I think even with stock tires, you would rub that far out. So I drilled a hole and mounted to a piece in the inner fender where I could fit my hand up and put a nut behind it. There is also no mounting spots near the very top of any of the mudflaps. No big deal to me. That far up does not show outside of my extended flares anyways. There is also a metal cover plate that could have been used on the inside of the flaps. I didn't like it because it left play in the flaps and did not allow me to screw in tight enough. By removing those flaps I was able to go deeper with the screws and hug the wheel well tighter. I do plan on changing the bolts and washers in the summer. I'll be going with some stainless 10mm's and also adding a Z shape bracket to get the top bolt attached to the flaps. I'll flush mount a bolt to the inside behind the flap to allow this. I will also be getting a small L shaped bracket for the very inner portion of the front mudflaps where the included bracket should be.

Overall, super happy here and definitely glad I didn't mess with the universal style flaps. These look so much better. The pics I took are not great. They make it look like the flaps don't cover the whole wheel (285/75R17), but they do, on both sides. As for the rubbing, once I see clear wear marks (also during summer) I will take a dremel and remove any part that protrudes too much. I suspect I won't even need to by then, but I'm more concerned about the rub under load - which I have no tested yet. Under load my tires clear by mm's. They NEVER rub. But they will rub the flaps. Since they don't rub any bolts, I'm happy for now. I'll perfect it later.

The last thing I did was mount a hi-lift jack that I don't really have much use for on the truck currently due to not having skids or bumpers. But, since I plan on getting them, I wanted to get this mounted.





The tonneau cover clears. Barely. It does hit the rubber part around the jack that holds the arm to it once fully closed. Not enough to make any bulge or mess with anything. It's still sealed. I did have to drill two holes for the EAG mounts. TBH, the EAG mounts are not great. My plans eventually would be to mount my recovery boards up there and have the jack/shovel/axe on the outside of it. I'm going to have to get creative for that one, because I'm not paying beaucoup monies for custom made brackets that I'd still have to modify. I'll mess with all that when it warms up and trail access is obtainable. If I need too in the mean time, bungee cords, 550, duck tape and zip ties are no stranger to me. Also going to have to modify those cheap plastic boxes to make sure they don't flop around, because they are not the most secure. I'll probably just screw in some L shaped brackets to the bed, and a secondary attachment point that I can lock.

I just put these in the front doors and have the tweeters for the dash and 6.5’s for the rear door. I have very little knowledge on Amps, but can you run the four doors off of one amp without splicing wires? One of the things I liked about everything I purchased was the “plug and play” option.

 

bought my truck used and the previous owner installed a set. The salesman tried to talk them up and gave me a strange look when I told him I wasn't impressed. Eventually I'll get a good set of sliders.

Pillow and Mattress Tag Law:
It's only against the law to remove the tag prior to the sale and delivery of a pillow or mattress to the final consumer. Essentially, that means sellers can't remove a "stamp, tag, label, or other identification" on a pillow or mattress; only consumers can.

I wish. It was a painful day. That much time spent bending up and down and on your knees even with thick cardboard takes it's toll. I had to come inside and sit down a couple times. The good news is, I'm done! For a while! I think...

 

I'm doing the same. Feb 14 giving the truck some love, lol. 4.88 gears at the same place. How was your experience?

 

Installed the DMM from TacoGarage with their Mighty Magnet phone mounts. Feels good having a dedicated spot for phones that keeps them within view but also out the way.


The charger cables run to a usb charger ziptied behind the dash. Got power from add a fuse into the POUTLET 1 circuit:


I also got a few of these rail tiedowns from Amazon. They seem to be pretty good quality, and I like that they can slide along the bedrails. Extra tie down points are always helpful!
