Crunch spicy tuna rolls are pretty simple and one of my favorites

I can't do the sashimi or whatever it is where it's just slices of raw fish

 

Maybe I’ll gamble stomach issues tomorrow and try something

 

A- It's decent and you enjoy it
B- You lose some weight

Magnesium is no joke.

I tried taking a powdered magnesium supplement once to help with insomnia and despite following the directions to go easy at first, I still woke up and had to bolt to the bathroom before disaster struck.

Turns out the threat of shitting the bed is a great motivator.

Yeah you're definitely unique if you like that taste lol. The only thing worse is straight castor oil. Makes me gag just thinking about it
