I have the Samsung Buds Live and they supposedly have bone induction. They also have a speaker, but I haven't noticed anything weird or uncomfortable. They also have 4 or five different sizes of pad and don't actually go into the ear canal. They sort of sit in your outer ear.

I don't usually buy them but they came with my phone so I've been giving them a chance. The number of times I've had them fall out while doing things is kinda rediculous though. They just don't fit well for me.

I have a hard time with properly fitted ear protection as well.

Those don't ever fit for me so anything with an ear bud is just meh.

i had a hell of a time with all kinds of fitment issues as well. I don't like the headset as they are just too intrusive and have never tried the bone induction headphones. I'm a big earbud fan. However, they were constantly falling out. I found a product that replaces the 'bud' part of the AirPod with a memory foam type 'bud". They conform much better to my ear and come in three different sizes.

If you're an AirPod user, these memory foam earbud tips may be worth the try prior to moving into a different style headset.
