I’d be right concerned about infection. Before they figured out my foot difficulties they said should infection set in you gotta treat that first. I got lucky.

 

Got my fob from Toms key. Took less than 3 minutes to get it going. They also cut me a spare key from a couple photos I sent them, it works too

 

Boss man called about the part that is wrong, it also has the wrong bore and is beyond dead. They were using the wrong print for that material and have already turned the O.D. on all 5 pieces

 

Sheesh. Who pays for the material when stuff like this happens?

 

I don't know who's eating this one.

 

Should be the QA guy at the shop that produced them.

 

I have never really excelled at anything -- I made a career out of being reliable and pretty much invisible.

Nowadays if they show up that is really good, on time is great, every day is amazing and if they actually show a bit of initiative -- stunning...

These young guys obviously never competed with 5 other guys for a 25 cent promotion...

Today brings a bit of wintery mix and snow tonight. Suppose to get down to 15° F tonight and as low as 8° F tomorrow night. Should be interesting as no one around knows how to drive in the stuff.

Follow up..... he is 28 and his dad bailed him out and got him a motel room for the night against his moms will.

The reason for the motel? He has been staying with mom and dad but they keep his daughter some (6ish) and his ex has court papers on him saying he can't be around her.

Yeah I'd say it's a chore just to try and keep things from freezing on the trucks not to mention the ice the water creates.

 

Thing is what’s left gets so heavy that risk of collapse becomes critical.
