I actually have a jeep now. Imagine that.
do a search. I saw on here where someone painted their badges like a metallic grey.

I think I'm confused here, Hurculiner the TRD decals on the bedside? Painting them while they are on the vehicle will be a nightmare. Getting them off the vehicle to paint them and then reinstalling them,....not going to work.

I did it with Dupli-Color bed liner (rattle can). I think it turned out pretty good (had some left over from painting the bumper).

i did mine with some adhesion promoter and some duplicolor flat black paint. adhesion promoter is key for making the paint adhere really well.

Put masking tape on the body under or over them before you take them off (so that the edge of the tape markes the edge of the emblem).

If you are going to do it all in one day, or remove the old and add new. Take a grease pencil and add about 1/2" to the outside of the letters before removal. Remove the old, clean area, (leave grease pencil marks alone) and then install the new.
Did this on a Tundra awhile back, worked for me.
Also the grease pencil comes right off, I use it all the time to mark items except wood.
