its not quite as advertised. like you cant just throw 40s on there and expect full use of them. kinda misleading. plenty to read in the thread dealing with it. plus marlin's business model kinda sucks.

Humor seldom works in text. I’ve heard about some of the issues. I think a couple years from now it will evolve it some good, maybe.

Oh I guess its JRC and they're high angle CV boots. The last conversation I participated in a guy was telling me I was an idiot for not putting high angle boots on my CVs even though my CVs are basically flat.

Total idiot! Don’t you know that the more money you spend has a direct correlation with what a badass you are off-road. (Driving over those stupid platters in the parking lot ________ brewing)

Jrc or jcr would have gotten the same response from me. Never heard of that

and yeah most those guys spend money just to spend. Almost like a lot of the brolanders here. Buy every little thing possible for truck.

Some dude SWORE that you needed a diff drop if you lifted your vehicle exactly 1.5" or more otherwise you'll destroy your vehicle. Been 5 years since I lifted my truck sitting a little over 2", no needle bearing issues and CVs are perfectly fine.

you mean CVJ? I have quite an angle and my boot fins were rubbing and they are all ripped open now. I have CVJ's waiting to be installed.

as for diff drop, carrier bearing drop, axle shims... don't bother unless you are actually trying to fix a problem. My lift fixed a very slight take off shutter when my truck was stock years ago.

    Heyo,
Purchased a dash came front and rear. I'm pretty finicky on touching anything electrical with the truck due to inexperience.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a shop or person that could help?

Yikes, that's why you make sure you carry emergency supplies with you if you go off road. Hopefully they're alright.
