Charlotte, NC area: hate on OP, houses, boats & hoes

Every time I back my 2017 Camry into a parking spot and pop the hood at Cars & Coffee people look at me like I’m insane. I guess nobody appreciates the 2.5L 4-Cyl DOHC powerhouse anymore.

 

I'll have to bring out my 3.5L 2015 XSE and park next to you to show off the monster!

Funny part is it would smoke most of the rice burners at a C&C in a drag race!!

 

C&C isn’t about having a fast car. It’s about having the most expensive car

 

Hahaha why I don't go to them right there!

 

Nothing fancy trust me, but I could impress them with the 4Runner.

 

I have never been to a cars and coffee. But if anyone is willing to meet up I will bring the 4Runner there and socialize.

 

I will see if my wife wants to bring her 2020 Sienna AWD 3.5L v6. That thing is a rocket compared to my 4Runner.

 

I might be able to make it. Should I put the maxtrax on my roof rack and wear a pair of loafers?

 

I would be disappointed if you didn’t . Then we should hit up Uwharrie or something after

 

Don’t think uwharrie is open. Anywhere else we can go? If all else fails I am sure there’s a Starbucks nearby.

We are 1 month closer to the start of our 2022 season. We will be back in April and plan to have another great year.

Uwharrie closes for a few months during the winter

 

This is one of the benefits of the west coast. The only thing that locks trails is fires and such. But mostly it is always open. None of this… it is winter so we are closing.

 

maybe I’ll take it when I actually put all the parts on it.

Drive a few hours north to Harlan KY or west to windrock so you can get your wheeling in sleet and or 34* and raining wheeling fix. They are open year round and are like 20x the size of URE.

 

So they don't close down for the winter, just Fall-Spring?

 

In all honesty it is sad to see what is going on over there. Glad we are blessed not having that happen here.
