Depends how you define Cruise !

Is it a multiday boat ride on the Ocean ?

Does a 3 hour cruise count on fresh water count i just as soon stay far from the Ocean unless well armed!

I love Boats and Fresh water Never lived close enough to warrant having one. Though the neighbor hood thing seems to have boats on trailers that never move since they were parked years ago .

 

Did a 2 weeker for my honeymoon, I'm with Fargo. I'd rather fly somewhere and stay a few days. I hate the thought of being stuck, boxed in, no escaping.

Love the ocean though. I was there today. It was a good reminder I need to fish more.

 

The ocean is a magnificent place.. especially around 120 feet down.. some place warm like Cozumel.. nice reefs there.

 

I must be the only one in here that likes to go on cruise ships for vacation.

Try many weeks UNDER the water... unless you're on periscope watch (when you're shallow enough to raise a periscope), it's easy to go a month or more without seeing sunlight!

I've just never been on one. Now when I moved out my dad and step-mom started taking all the step-kids families on cruises like twice a year. Never got invited. Not that a disney cruise sound enjoyable, but a cruise in general doesn't sound awful.

I would love to do the North Atlantic in the winter or a ICE breaker.

A normal cruise in warm waters I would be bored and in the Engine Room after a day.

I feel your pain on that one. My parents started taking my siblings to Lake Tahoe for spring break every year right after I left for college.
