high crew. I'm just relaxing today. Day off to reset our hours. Went to eat at a bar last night, good food. I left about 10 PM because waiting on partner. He was drinking it up so said go on home I'll just get a Uber. He called and I pick him up at 1AM
It was only 10-15 miles down the road but still..snowing crappy roads, I was tired

 

I've never been on a cruise. My wife has years ago before we met. I don't think that I'd care for it too much.
Wife and I went to Jamaica for honeymoon. That's the only time I've been off the mainland.

 

Change it to Train & it’s one of the Best experiences I’ve ever had with me not drivin’. No way you’d ever get that kind of service or experience today. So grateful I got to do it.

I dvr saved a show about scenic railway travels.

Ah Man you’d love this. Last of the scenic Canada coast to coast runs. Old coaches, real silverware & cloth napkins. Shoes shined every night if left out your private room. The Works!

This brings up a new poll, how many of yall been outside the states? Furthest I've ever been was Mexico when I was 3 or 4. One day I'd like to visit Japan and some tropical destinations.

 

Canada a handful of times, Mexico and the 3 islands from the cruise - Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Bahamas.

Off the mainland but still the US - Kauai, Maui and Hawaii. Going back to Kauai again in a few weeks.

I'm missing Antarctica from the ' Collect all the continents' game. Been to everywhere in North & Central America, Caribbean, Mediterranean, a bunch of the Persian Gulf states, and a bit of South America, bit of Africa, majority of wester Europe, UK, Scandinavia, India, Australia, New Zealand, and most of Asia.... Come retirement, travelling past the property line is going to be an infrequent occurrence!
