Good Morning SA! Looks crispy out there at 25* - low of 22*. We didn't get hit too bad, but everything up here is closed for ice anyway. Come on sun! The fish and poles are the only damage or issue from the weather, so that's good. Going to play with little space heaters in the sunroom today - mini-split heat pump really doesn't like it below 30*. Have a good collection of them to try! Clean more office paperwork.....

Glad we haven't had to venture out, the wife and I were lucky enough to be off and stay home with the kiddos, especially since they both are online for school.

So far so good, havent lost power so fairing much better than this time last year!

 

Morning Robert. Yes, we'll delay our meet up. Looks like the Hill Country is a lot worse off. We went almost straight from plain rain to sleet, that just bounced and melted - didn't last long. Everyone West of us seemed to be getting a lot more of the stuff that froze.

Well, not the way I figured we'd find out about all the Ambulance activity yesterday, but our neighbor came over just after I got the mail to let me know the spigot pipe out front had burst! Their daughter is in the hospital with aspirating pneumonia (as I understood it). Apparently, she had something settle in her lungs, and that caused it.

Shut the water off, got it capped. Turned it on, and had another leak in the valve. So, went and got another cap, and capped it again. Big bags of mulch now in front of all the spigots!
