Nothing yet, Meso sent an update a while ago stating that the boat was delayed...or that was my read of it.

 

Hey Everyone. New month and new update!
I know everyone is chomping at the bit, me included. I have finally got word on more of a "firm" date of arrival at the port which is Feb ~18th.
After it offloads, they will go to a customs holding facility... then released to me. It's a direct shipment from port to MESO HQ at that point.




After these arrive and are delivered to customers, I will not be doing preorders again.
I took a poll when this first kicked off of who wanted preorders and although it was an overwhelming yes, I went against my better judgement (and core business model) to do it. I'm just frustrated with the shipping situation going on and hate taking customers money when I don't physically have said item in hand. And to top it off..not having full control of the freight situation.
You guys have been more than patient, and I thank you for that. There is light at the end of this tunnel, and they will be delivered this month! Even if i have to priority ship them.

It’s difficult to fully appreciate the stress of having received payment but being unable to ship product. It’s a special kind of anxiety.

 

That feeling doesn't seem to permeate all vendors equally lol

Dont need to add undue pressure on yourself. Most of us knew (or should have known) what we were getting into with pre-ordering; I personally expected a couple month delay after realizing just how far-reaching the COVID-related "shortages" have become when winter came. Thank you for everything you did for this project!

 

Someone did say patience is a virtue.

 

@MESO, it's out of your control, thanks for the updates. I think everyone appreciates the transparency and honesty. It's gonna be worth the wait.

 

@MESO = has earned trust, and is a straight shooter. Absolute trust in him.

I live 20 mins from the Port of Oakland. I can meet you there for pickup Thanks for the update Meso. Unfortunately this is the world we live in today.
