I've been watching this thread since it started because I might be snagging the same bike in the spring. Then I saw the same guy posting lol.

On vital you can thumbs up or thumbs down a post. If you look at the HTML code you can see who does the down votes and guess who it is lol!

Nice work over on VitalMX, @fourfourone. I'm not a member but looked up your post.

If the mods over there haven't been contacted on this guy, hopefully someone makes them aware. If they care as much as the mods here, then they might be willing to help out with information they have. Bet he's scammed some folks over there too. Shouldn't be hard to connect the dots and make a bigger, better case to nail this guy to the wall, legally speaking.

 

I emailed the head moderator so hopefully he will get banned sooner than later.

At this point I’d like to see this guy criminally charged.

Obviously my numero uno is for the OP to get his money back, but the fact that this guy is flaunting his toys all over the internet is really starting to irritate me.

 

I don't think there was anything about a sale in his post on VitalMX. If I'm following the story, he was bragging about buying new $9K bike two weeks ago on another forum while feeding the OP and the mods here bullshit about why he can't pay back the money he stole.

 

He was selling something but deleted it a few mins ago. I should have screenshotted it.

Because if y'all keep acting like an arrangement to make final payment wasn't made, despite all of the questionable evidence that's out there, then you might motivate the DB to dip out on the OP again.

I think it's best if everyone puts their peckers away, stays away from this thread for a week, and just allow Douchey McThunderturd to make final payment on the agreed to schedule. If he doesn't make payment in due accord to the time and manner agreed upon by OP and the mods, then y'all have at him.

Guy has the money. What is the reason he just isn't paying now? He could have avoided all of this. Even if he didn't have the cash he can use a CC with paypal, venmo etc..
