I miss the good old days. Before cats. You would think that some genius could think of a way to achieve the same end result without using precious metals.

Modifications are bad and only bad people modify.
My coworker just had his manual transmission truck stolen. The thieves broke in, put it in neutral, and just rolled it down a hill and somehow got it behind a church. Started taking parts off and then towed it to the car crusher. They fled when the car crusher's manager started asking some basic questions. Poor guy's Ranger is now sitting in the police impound lot as evidence and the police know one of the two guys. I can't imagine the frustration you and him must feel.

At least our dealership's owner gave him a loaner to use while he gets things sorted so he can get to work. Guy is a hard worker and a nice southern gentleman. He's battling insurance and trying to figure out what to do. I hate hearing these kinds of things happen to good people and I hope your insurance covers it man.

I am seriously thinking about getting that Talon plate...

There should be a way to run a charge from the battery thru an inverter to the cat to electrify it. Once they touch it they get smoked. This possible?

It's different times, criminals are not prosecuted hard enough to stop the behaviors. We pay our tax dollars for some sort of protection, but judges don't hand out tough sentences because jails are full and it costs to house them. Simple cut off their dominant arm if caught and ban the individual for life of any government benefits. No incarnation cost, no taxpayer burden. Lawmakers feel more compassion for the people that don't work and don't support them through tax dollars then the ones that do. More of just a way to support criminals and the criminals we elect legally.

Why do I want a gun that can shoot 21mm sockets all of a sudden?

Genius. LOVE the idea to punish non-lethal crimes by denying ANY and ALL government benefits to include, social security, worker’s compensation, unemployment benefits, welfare, Medicare, etc…

Back to manufacturers. Scrappers are an important part of the supply chain for many industries. Some materials are acquired more from already processed and recycled items than from newly mined raw material.

Usually cheaper than mining. Some things need more raw material and can't be reused or recycled or can only use a certain amount of recycled material for one reason or another.

Thieves need to have their hands removed and bones shattered. They should be made to suffer before elimination.
