I think it's 12.25 but I'll measure it tonight. I did all the work on this one myself too. Added the rear trunion and side rail with some tools and a press. It's definitely my favorite AK right now

SLR104ur are so pricey and the krink kits are becoming way too much for what they are. I snagged mine as a parts kit because the dude didn't want to take it off the registry. I came in and bought it super cheap

 

I picked a Romanian BFPU kit and getting it Monday. Imma send it to Iron curtain again and get some work done too it <.<
