The Navi is a slightly smaller, scooter-like cousin of the Grom.

 

I'd be intrigued to see them side by side, this guy is bigger than I was expecting with a much taller seat than I thought it had!

 

My insurance went up $6.84/year

 

Thanks for the heads up. I have a fresh set of Pilot Powers ready to go on the Ducati. Looks like I'll be buying another set as a backup as $50 off is too good to pass up.

I bought a 30 rack of pbr at the store today, my plan is to make a video and see how many cans can fit into the storage area I’m guessing 17.

Took the gearbox out and solved a long running shifting issue, waiting on a pressure plate bolt but should be ready to fire up.

Had to swap fenders out. Awhile back I ordered the last set of stainless steel fender a supplier had. Installed them and then realized they were for a Vincent comet with the chain guard on the left instead of on the right as needed for a twin… tried to make it work but just couldn’t do it. Figured I’d order a new rear fender and sure enough, no steel fenders in stock.

So I had to order aluminum, which is not a big deal but it meant I needed to swap the front fender as well. FML in a nutshell.

Alright, I'm almost done spamming this thread with Navi crap, I promise

Recorded another video today, after the beer one, using the dango gripper gopro mount I got for Christmas. This thing worked great! Didn't move at all and kept the camera at a pretty natural viewpoint. The best part though was that the gopro was able to pick up my voice clearly with it being that close to my mouth. I didn't have to scream or use my helmet w/ bluetooth com, record it on my phone, then merge the audio with the video later. Highly recommend. https://www.dango-design.com/shop/gripper-mount/

Yup! I've had it a few years now, and with how little filming I do have never really wanted or felt the need to upgrade, it's been great. Use my phone as the viewfinder to make sure the shot is semi-ok then hit the button and go.
