Any idea which ones actually sound better? I put the Subaru ones in my last truck and noticed absolutely zero difference in sound over the stock(non-jbl) tweeters. Maybe the ones you linked would make a noticeable improvement?

As I like to say, when there is a redneck will, there is a redneck way.

Though in your case, probably more of a necessity given your circumstances

I had the same problem, ended up jamming it in and denting the door panel mesh. Probably not the best decision but it’s not super noticeable

It's not an OEM Toyota part. They are sold by KTJO 4X4...but make sure you read through this before you opt to buy. Many of us have them and are satisfied...but most had issues with fit and finish. The ones being sold now are discounted and may have (even more) defects.

Someone on here would probably start selling a "handle delete kit'' if they came that way from the factory! o_O

I know I already replied to this one but I was looking at it again and had another thought. 3/4 in plywood doesn't like being a floor, especially when the substructure is about 18in OC (just a guess). I suspect that it may start to sag long before the drawers are ready to give up the ghost. I would consider either adding steel to reinforce it, or glue and screw another layer on top to make it 1.5in thick. I think that would be more likely to live up to a decade of abuse.

I need a swing out with a driver side pivot solely for a table while I'm cooking!

Edit, if rigd would offer driver side pivot then I would go that route

When I reinstalled the door panel after I hung it in place I started at the top back of the door (nearest the latch) working down then to the front and up to the sail panel. No issues. I did however break a tab on the sail panel; wonder how much that piece of plastic is going to cost. o_O

isnt there a law there that makes it so only a islander can make the kill. i looked into doing a boar hunt when i was maui and looking into it you are not allowed to make the kill.. so basically if you are not from there and would like to hunt you just get to walk around with a local and watch them do it. i wasnt into that so i passed.

You can buy those clips on Amazon for cheap. Buy a bag of them because everytime you remove the door panel you will most likely loose a clip.

Would be pretty awesome to be able to choose which side the pivot is on. My goal is to make the tailgate for cutting/prep then the fold down table (haven’t completed the finish design) for stove then another table in case I want to run a grill or for eating.

Thanks. The clips are good, I broke one of the tabs that are part of the panel itself. They insert into the clip(s). I had my readers on at the time I was aligning it, not good for depth perception. No readers reinstalling the passenger side; no problem. :D
