What would you do here?

I've been avoiding my portfolio recently and just letting things ride. Was bored today so I started totaling up all my holdings to see where I'm at. In doing so I noticed that one of them spiked. Apparently Sea World is buying Cedar Fair, or at least attempting to do so. I bought in on $FUN (Cedar Fair) back at the beginning of [redacted] when it was $18 per share. At that time the highest it had been in the past 5 years was around $50. I told myself I was long and I'd wait until things get back to normal and see what shakes out. Well today it is $58 per share and I'm up 225% from purchase. I don't know how these purchases/acquisitions work but if the sale goes through should I expect $FUN to increase? Or should I cash out now while I'm up and be happy with my gain? For reference, Seaworld is at $60 per share at the moment...
