Honestly, the only time I use highbeams is to signal to other drivers. I almost never use them any other time.

Yes it was getting soft on the rear. I have the cap and about 100 pounds of weight in the bed, plus a matching spare underneath. I’m super happy with the whole setup. I’ve only had it a couple days, but have driven it a couple hundred miles. To me, feels pretty close to stock. I haven’t taken it off the pavement though.

Great job on the bumper...nerves of steel cutting up a new truck.

TRD emblems, tinted windows, OEM running boards, AVS vent shades, RMAS upgrade, LED lights in front and rear, interior LED lighting upgrade, LED lighting in bed, touch control dash mount for LED lighting, auxillary 12v and USB jacks in bed, replace all speakers with Infinity, custom mod with Bose tweeters, TRD Pro illumination mod...
Yes, I think somehow this conversation got split into 2 features. One of which the older Tacos do not have. My 2017 only has the Auto On headlight but not the Auto Dimming.

I originally was going to go with the stage 2 but the guy at the shop guided me to the stage one. I’m glad he did.

lol, it's all good. To be fair I'd probably use the automatic headlights more if the truck didn't have the auto-off timer. I'd never use the auto-dimming headlight feature though.

Yep, and if there is such heavy oncoming traffic that manually dimming them is annoying I am not bothering to use highbeams anyway.

Yeah I figure I’m right on the cusp too, but wanted it a little stiffer than stock and a little extra cargo capacity. That said, I think the stage 1s will hold up pretty well to heavy loads from some reviews I’ve read.

I live in rural BC, night driving is high beam driving with dimming for the limited traffic.

I also work on the bush and have to check on sites at night or early mornings. Hence the lights.

I’m not sure what I want. I like the higher loop bumpers also. Seem more functional

Careful with that hose. I've got a similar kobalt air hose that will mark up car paint with a tire inflator if I'm not careful.

I’ve read in previous posts that if you call Deaver, tell them what your application will be , weight, use, etc. they are pretty helpful with getting you set up with the right stage.

Yeah I’ve already made my decision. Stage 2s and Eibach pro stage 2s coilovers and rear shocks already in the garage along SPC UCAs, clamshell bushing, mounted upgrade tires/wheels, a winch, bumper on the way etc. parts pile just keeps growing. Too cold to do anything but shop lol.
