Get the battery load tested.
The larger starter is Cold Weather part.

Well... guess it's time to pull the battery and get it load tested.

Good to know the bigger one is for cold weather. Thought it was odd it's bigger. I mean the small one is factory but I do go into the cold periodically.

Yes, I have the methanol, I have a 2nd map that will work on a switch for the methanol in summer on the fly, but not tuned yet for that tho,

The methanol switch is by the scangauge on the right

 

Wow. I'd check your plugs and coils and air filter. Basic maintenance stuff. My extended cab could get 20+ on the highway BELOW 70mph.

The only parts that haven't been touched on this truck are the engine and transmission internals.... and wheel bearings

Yea, 14 mpg! there’s something not right there

 

Open to out of the box ideas, but AFR is where it's supposed to be, plugs have been replaced and re-gapped at least 4 times, head was ported/polished when I did the head gasket, and replaced valve stem seals with viton.
Could be a shim issue I suppose. I've never done a compression test.

ECU still auto-corrects to 14.7 in boost unless WOT, as a reminder

These are Corbeau Trail cats, my initial thoughts are really good. They are t overly stiff. It will know more in a week or so when I get them in. I added tge lumbar support abs seat heater options. As well as the bolt in brackets
