What trails/tracks/canyons did you run in that truck? That video is pretty thin on the wheeling.

Don't hold grudges but can't stand dissenting opinion or questions so blocks people. Also avoids very basic questions and stands what you believe to be true without seeing the truth smacking you in the face.

I use to really like your builds and channel but your recent attitudes and mightier than thou Yada Yada Yada crap has really turned me off. You want to talk genuine look at your videos from when you first started on your own and were with BJ you were much more of a genuine person. I know me not watching or anything anymore doesn't phase you nor do you care since you have all these pigeons eating out of your hand that don't know any better.

You don't want to make enemies yet your actions, reactions, and smug attitudes towards things sure are making enemies, or at least people that could care less to see you at any event other than your sponsors.

Oh how about read through this entire thread by MC and the subsequent ones and tell me really how much they are doing for the community they are a trash company!!!! Yet you didn't want to listen to that or research the truth behind it. Still jumped people in line getting that 3.5 kit before it was even public and yet swear you didn't. You're a joke these days dude

On a side note, is that your charcoal canister on top of your fuel cell? Lol I just bought a crap lot of fittings hoping to make mine work. Hoping I can combine the vapor lines into one 3/4” and reduce it down to the 8AN vent fitting on the RCI cell. I barely understand what the hell is going on with that spaghetti monster. We don’t have smog, I just don’t want the CEL.

    Alright,
Back from playing with the kiddos sort of.
Coilovers with a link suspension are superior in everyway. Suspension quality is measured in more ways than just wheel travel. My rear suspension is tunable in the link separation, angle, length plus the Coilovers are dual rate.
There are two small collars that engage the stiffer spring rate. So I have made the first 1.5 inch or so of up travel on the softer rate and the other 4 inches are on the stiffer spring. At about the 3 inch mark it hits the bump stop and has about 2" of bump stop before it hits the harder rubber at the bottom of the stop. It rides AMAZING.
There is very little tuning available with leaf springs plus they aren't as durable. In the last 17 or so years I can count 7 time where someone in our group has broke a leafspring. Ive never never seen a broken coil
As far as limited up travel. Just watch video of it working. It has plenty of travel. It has a 1/2 inch or so of up travel before the tire hits the bedside in the picture I posted on this thread. It sounds like a few of you haven't seen the pictures yet. Look close. It has still has more uptravel in that picture and it's almost contacting the bed. I think many of you are confused because the timbrin bump stop is soooo tall. The strike pad burys itself at least 2 inches into the rubber.
In any case this truck was bad ass at KOH 2022. Everyone who saw it on the trail was asking tons of questions because 3rd gen tacomas don't hit these types of trails often. I'm happy to expose a new group of offroaders to what can be done with a truck like this. And my apologies if some of this is hard to read lol. I'm typing one handed while my 4 year old is on my lap watching cartoons lol.
This is the last response from me tonight. I want to watch a movie with my wife and get caught up from the trip.
    Have a great night everyone
Hopefully I have time to get back on here tomorrow

    Good morning!
At the gym "booboo" so let me answer your questions lol. Is this something yota bois call eachother ?
Again I'm asking for data that you refuse to give for some reason ‍♂️. Since you don't seem to have any expertise other than your eye how about I suggest an obvious data point? Shock length. If I proove the difference in shock length would that be a concrete metric for you booboo? I'm just having fun btw I hope you don't take this personally BB

Hell yes! What month works best? Unfortunately it will probably be in the summer when it is hot but I should be coming through in August or maybe September. How did your truck do on hwy to hell? I love that trail. Do you want to hit H2H while I'm in town? I definitely want to make a video of the taco in AZ this year. Let's make this happen bro

Is asking for actual wheel travel numbers front and rear allowed?

How do you do that without using an rti ramp? Everyone made it clear that data from an rti ramp isn't relevant to them...

Do you not understand the difference between wheel travel and articulation?

Give me instructions on how to get the numbers you want without an rti ramp. You will have them by the end of day just waiting on your instructions...
Also waiting for your information on articulation vs wheel travel. I'm very interested in your expertise in this field.
I don't know the difference. Please explain.
