Our county is so backed up on concealed carry permits I don't know that I'll have mine back in 90 days even after having it for 10 years. I do have a couple friends who work for the sheriff department, maybe I can get them to push it through.

Almost done. Got to plumb the air to it now. That knurled roll is only used on the bottom, about a 1/4”.

 

Somebody talk me out of looking at Sierras and Silverados please. Tundra prices along with everything else are captain insano. The chevys and gmcs seem to be staying close to where they were 2 years ago. Looking at 2-3 years old, less than 50k miles.

With the Chevs it seems choices are does the transmission fail first or just fall out of the truck because everything holding it in rusted away.

I would begrudgingly sell it, when somebody pries it from my death grip. It's too nice and worth too much to keep just as a woods/hunting rig. I almost bought a Tundra when I was looking 4 years ago, but said no, I'm only going to buy what I need, nothing more.
Now that we are going to start thinking about a second youngin, there's just no way getting around it, the Tacoma isn't big enough.

We all 4 loaded up in my Tacoma Saturday to go to a birthday party, I need to move the car seat to the passenger side. My wife slid the seat back and it hit Cole's knees. They are both long legged. That or just move the car seat to the Duramax

That's a good looking truck, probably worth that price. I just kinda like the RST's Chevys with color matched bumpers or the SLE GMC. Gmc's just seem nicer just a tad.

I'm about 6'3, two fitty plus, defensive end type and let's face it, I'm not getting any smaller although Ive dropped almost 18 lbs this month.

I read some stuff last week talking about 4% of 2019+ chevys and gmcs with the 5.3 v8 and 6.2 are reporting "major mechanical failures" like head gaskets.

I thought those motors if nothing else were prettt much bullet proof.
