    A lotta stuff ;)
So I like the chalk test for wear on my tires and the alignment check. But has anyone done any actual tire pressure gas mileage per gallon testing. I know too low pressure would be lower mpg but does that mean the max Pressure on the tire would be you the best gas mileage possible? I know there’s a middle ground because of treadwear but does that make sense?

I don’t think anyone is going to waste their time over negligible differences.

Go collect the data and post it up when you are finished.

It's a balancing act, but think 85 is a good working number for anyone interested in getting the best MPG, and isn't overly concerned with ride quality.

Just put in 35 psi for stock tires. It's a good balance between ride, wear and mileage. If you put more in you'll get better mileage but wear your tires out on the inside. If you put less in you'll get a softer ride but wear your tires out on the outsides. Whatever savings you make on mileage or improvement in ride you'll lose on replacing your tires earlier than you could have.

I honestly put 38-40 in my KO2s. Seems like most folks go with less, but I’m getting even wear and ride is nice.

I have upsized 265/75/16 (C load) tires, and I keep them at 32psi in the winter, and approx 30-32psi in the summer. I always had upsized tires, and get great wear out of them.

from 32 to 85? ..... are you trolling? I wouldn't know. does that mean there is a higher chance of getting flat because there is more pressure in there?

If you have stock tires and are inflated to 38 then you are overinflated, the owners manual and the sticker on the door are around 30.

At 100psi the truck actually levitates above the roadway. Infinite MPG achieved.

If you post a few pictures of your taco, we may be able to assess this better.

I aim for even wear across the thread - for everyday road use…
I am currently around 36 at the front and 33 at the rear

Yes- but then there is the issue of How to produce the “m” in mpg with no traction…:D
