Some of these brands, you have to be pretty flush to even buy them.

Went and picked up the drywall last night. Drywall guy wanted me to get 16 sheets. God almighty that sucked. Had to make two trips since my bed cap limited how much I could take at once. Gave me and my buddy a nice workout though. Glad someone else is gonna hang and finish it.

Today Im gonna finish a few details with the framing and electrical.

I would like to fix the water softener system in my house but have no idea how it works. Dogs had chewed a hose. Been living here for 4 years and have yet to fix and use that system.

It's not too difficult unless the head unit is AFU.

BUT, fixing a single hose should not be too bad. Post some pictures.

My advice is call around. At least three places. I bet you might find a company that will help and not charge too much. Mind you most of course will want to sell you a whole new system for $$$$ but there will be one good guy who knows if he does you right, you will remember him.

We moved a decent sized Japanese maple tree from the front to the back. I think I need to dial 911. I've been beat!

    After tint

There is almost 19 degrees difference in temp from before we tinted and after we tinted these windows. It was like an oven on the inside by these 12 foot sliders.

The mirror reflection is a nice privacy bonus of having house window tint.

I live in a condo and my living room bay window is pretty huge, not quite as big as your sliders. I look out over my patio to the neighboring apartment complex, and it's also south facing. Me & the ol lady have been wanting to tint the window to help with both privacy and temps....but the stupid 1983 windows have a lattice pattern on both sides which means we'd have to cut out 12" squares of tint. I'm not convinced I'm ready to take that on when hopefully the HOA is replacing the windows any year now. Your pics really make me foam at the mouth.

Only pic I have of em:IMG-20210303-WA0005.jpg

I only cried once on this adventure and called it the best move so far. Our L/R is right next to these sliders and the temperature difference so far has been amazing and so much enjoyable being in this area when the sun is going down.

Oh yeah. My last apartment had it, this current master bathroom doesn't. Definitely a must.
I did that to a coworker's Dodge Ram tailgate because I'm used to the Tacoma's soft-drop tailgate. Wham! Oops, my bad..
