I added two baja designs rock lights as cargo lights and a Dirt Direct motorsports light up whip. Ready for KOH  I was putting off wiring since my last moab trip because it's so time consuming, but it needed to be done before this weekend. Everything is done with tefzel wire covered in heatshrink connected using deutsch plugs.

Looking at installing 6112/5160 combo which I believe is what came stock on Baja

Used is cheaper but used is rare and 100k miles+ on them and corroded/rusty

    what setups is everyone running?
thinking of going Icon 3-leaf progressive AAL installed onto TSB leafs in the rear
Then measuring ride height to figure out which clips to set the front to
I hear as low as possible (even 1”) is ideal to improve ride quality rather than maxed out all the way up causing excess positive camber

But I should probably measure rear lift first before determining front clip setting
That way I don’t end up setting them too low to a point where it causes a ton of rake
1” higher in rear similar to factory rake is not bad though

So I've got some weird tire wear and figured I'd start asking here. The inside edge of the front passenger tire is wearing fast. The truck is a 2014 Baja and has Bilstein 6112's up front and 5160's in there rear with a Dakar medium duty leaf pack. The fronts are both on circlip 4 so according to my sheet that is 2.15" of lift. My driver side is about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch lower than the passenger side so would dropping the passenger side one clip fix the ride height? What about the tire wear? I'm not sure if it needs to be aligned or if the difference in ride height is causing the tire wear.

    Thank you all

Tire wear is dependent on alignment mostly. Do you have a print out of your alignment?

Here's the alignment printout from May. Truck is now at about 85k miles.

@another395Taco - do you have aftermarket UCAs or anything else besides just being a Baja?

With tire wear on the inside of one wheel, I'd be checking the alignment again and then diagnosing if you've got some worn or damaged components.

Check ball joints and tie rods get another alignment.
That alignment is pretty meh, not horrible but could be tons better.

Didn't care for that alignment tech much... claimed the cam tabs were missing but they were there when my buddy and I installed the suspension and charged me for welding them on without giving me a heads up. Think he was trying to force them and broke them.. Anyways, the ride height difference doesn't have anything to do with the tire wear? Just looks a little funny?
