Yes, there is a "Last parked Location" tile in the app. Not sure if it will work for a pre-delivery vehicle.

I think you have to link your Connected Services to the truck manually through the head unit to get access to that.

More fun, so now I found that my Tacoma build only has the Technology Package instead of Advanced Technology Package. The big feature missing there is the panoramic multi-terrain monitor. I don't know if the dealer screwed up and didn't communicate this along the way, or if they were just trying to find a vehicle "close" to what I wanted and didn't have a choice. My current vehicle doesn't even have a backup camera, so at least I'll get that with the new one and rear sonar alert. Don't know if I'd ever use the MTM, but seemed like a neat feature. At this point, it has left the factory, been through port, and presumably on the way to the dealer. Anyone think the MTM feature is a must have? Lesson here is that be up front with your dealer about the process and ask them what influences they have at build/port before you put your deposit down. I'm guessing in my case my guy "set it and forgot it" in the system and didn't try to monitor/make changes. It would have been nice to know up front what to expect, vs being told "you can get exactly what you want" and then not setting the expectation that some things may be out of our control. I figure it's too late to have any leverage and I'll just be happy to take the truck as it comes, missing 1 feature I wanted and adding 2 that I didn't. 1st world problems, right?

Texted my salesman today to get status of my Pro and they said it looks like another 55 days....WTF, C'MON MAN. They said it could come sooner though. I'm guessing they don't know shit. Oh well. Good things come to those who wait. I still have shit to take off my Tundra anyway.

See i want the MTM so i wont accept a truck that doesn't have the Premium OR, and Advanced tech packages. must have both. If i cant get it in 2022s, I'll wait till the 2023s... I'm in no rush at this point

True. Gotta stay positive. It'll be worth it once I get it and put all the crap on it that's sitting around (you can see in my signature what's waiting for it).

My requirements were OR Premium and Advanced Technology Package. The Temp Vin Allocation I have shows it in the build which is good. Talked to the dealer on Sunday, and it currently shows a 11FEB build date, meaning a mid-March delivery. Wish it was sooner because some tweakers just botched their attempt to steal the cat on my 2011 Highlander Hybrid. The hacked through about 3/4 of of the exhaust and then either stopped, got bored, or their saw ran out of power. Slightly miffed about that.

I have a Sport with Advance Tech and 360 degree cameras (I let other, more knowledgeable TWers explain a difference between the MTM and Advance Tech, they looked the same to me).

Mine just happen to have Advanced tech, but I use it more than I thought I would. I had to pull the trailer thru the orchard a month ago. It was nice to be able to see stumps and blueberry bushes before I ran over them. Parking is much easier with the side view to tell me where I am in relation to the lines, and how far forward I can pull in the carport without hitting the wall.

Not sure what time the trucks stop delivering vehicles, but I was supposed to receive my Tacoma today. It is now 343 PM EST and I am guessing it won't happen today. What a bummer.

Could be anytime really. One time my truck showed up after hours. The trucking company will unload it and drop the keys in the drop box if the dealership is closed. So hang in there it could still happen today.

I received photos of delivery much later in the day. Any of the dealers I worked at, carriers would show up at completely random times. I'm pretty sure they no longer make drops after hours though. That being said, whatever your dealers hours are, I would think it safe to assume it could still show up. Around me they are all open until 8

the front-facing camera that comes with the MTM is nice, but, you can always install one later on. I'm in the process of looking myself and if a truck has the Advanced tech, fine, if not, no sweat I'll do a camera later.

Yeah but I bet it would be difficult to install the mirror cameras and get all the lines to show up like in MTM. Again, not sure I'll ever use it, just miffed they couldn't make sure it was installed. My guess is laziness or ignorance to the process, but I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.
