Yeah but def not that level of a project haha. It’d be rad to have a 45 though. Went and looked at a little red 40 but they wanted a mint.

 

On one hand, a frame-up restoration of truck as simple as that could be fun, and that one seems to be mostly intact. On the other hand... how did they bend those bumpers like that and how much of the frame bent with them?

I mean a frame off is one thing (not that I have the time or space or money) but that thing looks jacked from every angle, someone better reallllly want a 45 to jump into that

@Kwikvette I don't know what you dropped on yours but this popped up locally and even though I wasn't looking for an 80 that price is kinda decent for this market and those miles, and I find myself wanting to go check it out...

Yeah, and one of the funkier paint jobs too tbh

 

From what I've read, they're both stupid reliable.

Just that the older one has lesser power and worse gas mileage.

The 1FZ is no slouch

 

I noticed it had an Alaska plate which is odd/interesting. Still might go give it a look. First potentially decent 80 to pop up here in recent memory.

 

I will say, I kinda dig the paint job even though it's not my first choice.

That color combo with the quad headlights would look pretty badass.
