Ginger ale = good. Ginger beer can be super rough if you go it solo/non mixed. Fever Tree makes some good go-to. Canada Dry does good Ginger Ale. Shouldn't be gross though no matter what.

 

Good stuff. Also helps when you have an upset gut.

Ginger Ale is the bomb as long as it's not overly gingery...Canada Dry is good stuff

If its too gingery its got that spicy ginger aftertaste which is bleh.

Jameson/whisky and ginger ale is a classic

They make ginger supplements in capsules that work great for motion sickness. When I was a kid, I would get crazy carsick really easily sitting anywhere but the front seat. One of those ginger supplements would prevent it 100%

Damn. I don't get seasick or anything but I cannot read in a car at all without feeling ill, wonder if that'd help.

 

It will definitely help, but reading in a car is a great way to make anyone car sick lol. Except my wife, for some reason she can read a book in the back seat of an SUV for hours like it's nothing. Makes me nauseous thinking of it, and carsickness sucks ass because once it kicks in it takes forever to go away.
