Breezewood; The tourist trap!

 

My friend Dave has been up there before and wants to go again; We also want to invite our mutual friend John. Dave has several Ford trucks, a Ford Explorer, and a Lincoln Town Car; John has a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. Unfortunately neither of them have a Tacoma; I am absolutely determined to get my truck up there again in the spring or summer for some more pictures and a possible Tacoma meet!

 

Really wasn't; Porter has what turned out to be an intestinal infection, and he had an accident in his crate during the neighbors that spilled onto my bedroom carpet...



The resulting smell caused me to dream about Porter having an accident in the house, and I may have woken up a couple but didn't put two and two together even though I noticed the smell. I woke up this morning, and realized that my room stank; I thought it was vomit, and immediately let Porter out, causing him to track the stuff across my carpet. It wasn't vomit...



Luckily, my dad got the shitty paw prints out of the carpet, but there two large spots on by the window that I am really gonna have to go to town on!

The three pictures of the Lamborghini were the last I took with my circa 2019 Nikon D5600; I brought the Nikon to Cardinal Camera where I bought it, with the intention of getting the problems with it fixed under the "Shit Happens" accidental damage warranty. These problems included a busted SD card door and intermittently functioning movie mode, plus the camera was just beat to shit because let's face it, I use my cameras! Imagine my pleasant surprise when the camera decided that it wasn't economically feasible to fix the D5600 and opted to give me an almost new D5500 off the shelf! It is a slightly less expensive model than the D5600, but I couldn't find the differences and neither could the lady at the camera shop; I honestly don't care, because I've got a new camera body for free and only had to pay $160 for a new 3-year "shit happens" warranty!

 

I'm hitting 145K this week!

I don’t know anything about cameras.
I click the red dot on my iPhone. That’s as far as I go with photography. 90% of my photos are “before” pictures of things I take a part. That way I have a better chance of getting it back together.

I also use pictures as note. For stuff I need to remember to get or do. Snap a pic and scroll through the list.
