Definitely blowing through the travel easily. Bumpstops are a necessity but valving for more compression will also help on that.

    EDIT:

With the rubbing spring - did that appear before this trip? In order to fix that problem you'll at least need to remove the coil spring (if it's a bowing spring) or replace the shaft (if it's a bent shaft) so opening them up and measuring the shims with a micrometer will be good to help you improve the valving in them.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CRaOceJt12U

You can follow this to measure the shims, don't just remove them like the guy in the video though:

I mean the shocks seem to have plently of compression when I tried pushing down on them without the coils.

    You're not a 4600 lb truck

Most of what you're feeling is gas. Definitely see what they have in them.

Look at the video links I edited into one of my posts. Fixing that coil rub issue will require you to at least remove the coils. If you do that, then it's not hard to rebuild the coilover. You can buy the seals here:

You really thing it needs more compression? Could changing the coil be a better option first before that?

Absolutely - springs are primarily to give you lift and operate to keep the vehicle supported. If you have the proper ride height without binding or letting the spring go slack completely, you only have a small range of spring rates that work. But I'll default to what @AccuTune Offroad might have to say here.

How much does your truck weigh? I forgot you're a 3rz and not a V6

If you ever feel like weighing it, I paid $10 here:

    Heres the tricky part
When i ordered my shocks i asked for a faster rebound and when installed we used a set of what was labeled as 600 16” coils but the thing stood super high and stiff, we wondered if they really where 600
So i put a set of 14” 600 with a tad over 2” preload and it rides way better but i want the full 16” coils
So im trying to decide if i should go 550 or 500 and compensate for the faster rebound

Gotcha, if you want to dial it in the easiest thing may be to call accutune and see what they recommend for changing spring rates. I did that and it was super easy, took like 10 mins. They just need basic info like coilover size, current spring rate, amount of preload, amount of shaft showing at ride height, and motion ratio.

The strange thing is a 14" or 16" spring shouldn't make a difference if it has the same spring rate.

So do some people run 14s? Am I on a 16?

No, 14 would just be temporary. Looks like it, just measure it and if it's longer than 14 but less than 16 it'll most likely be 16 uncompressed.
